Excellent choice....

So I needed a work vehicle and based on experience with the Grand Caravan--I traded my Ram pickup in on a new Pacifica Limited. My job involved regular driving between and within 3 states. I knew Chrysler vans were comfortable and reasonably economical and could haul what my work required. At 6 foot 3 inches and 280 solid--I needed something comfortable and the Pacifica has delivered. The technology exceeds that in my Mercedes SUV and it drives comfortably and handles competently on the 20 wheels and tires. The leather interior and options make for comfortable travel regardless of weather and the safety tech is useful. In almost 13 months Ive covered 18000 miles and have had no significant problems. Gas mileage is low to mid 20s on average and highway mileage is considerably higher. I thoroughly recommend this van!
The only reason I gave 9s for quality and reliability is due to owning it for 12 months and 18000 miles.…

We have had our Pacifica for 15 months. During that time it has been back and forth from our home in MN to our Florida destination. This is a wonderful vehicle for traveling. The stow and go seats provide great flexibility. It handles well and has very comfortable seats. It is a very refined vehicle that gets great gas mileage. On our road trips we get close to 30 miles per gallon at interstate speeds. We have the safety tech package, which we feel is a great safety enhancement. We have had no service issues since we purchased it. Routine maintenance at Chrysler dealerships is much less expensive than what we experienced at Lexus dealerships with previously owned RX350s. Our only regret is the lack of an AWD option.…

Traded in a 2016 Honda after several test drives of the new Pacifica. We were not even looking to buy a new car, just stopped in a dealer looking for something to do on a rainy evening. The handling, power, comfort and overall features were just better than the Honda at the time. We loved our Honda, until we drove the Pacifica. Like many we were brainwashed to own the Honda or Toyota, but after having the car now for 2 years I can say that it is the van to own. Recently I Drove the 2019 Odyssey, and while it is nice I think the Pacifica is just better. Plus the Pacifica is just a better looking Van.
Important to note: we took it in under warranty twice, interior trim piece kept coming undone do to a smashed metal clip and rear tire developed a bubble on the sidewall. Chrysler Warranty service has been outstanding, replaced tire and fixed clip no questions asked, gave us a loaner van while they did it.…
